Our Story
30 years ago we started Affordable, Painting & Design Inc. a small family business with high standards and the same set of core values and work ethic we built our family on. Five years ago my oldest son, and I decided to dissolve the corporation and form a 50-50 partnership: AP&D Ltd. (simply the acronym for our original name). We have since worked together for over 20 years.
Our faith and our family recipe for success has worked very good for us. Word-of-mouth has traveled like wildfire and has provided nonstop opportunity for us to serve our community. We couldn’t be more grateful. We look forward to the privilege of working with you in the near future.
Our Process
At AP&D LTD., we believe that communication is key to a successful project. We work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide them with a detailed plan of action. We offer preconstruction design services to help our clients visualize their project before we begin construction. Our design and construction estimates are transparent and detailed, so our clients know exactly what to expect. We provide on-site consultations to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the progress of their project. The finishing touches are important to us, and we won't consider our project complete until our clients are completely satisfied.
